PRODUCT FEATURES
KVS 103 resilient seated swing check valve with ductile iron body and cover for high strength and impact
resistance. Epoxy resin coating of whole body, separating completely between shell and medium, which can prevent the valve from corroding by the medium. Full bore design for minimum head loss. Disc adopts the rubber of ductile iron draping coated, good elasticity, long service life. Simple and compact construction, operating reliably and presenting easily.
APPLICATIONS
Resilient seated swing check valve are suitable for water and wastewater applications. Used to prevent
backfow within a pipeline. Suitable for mounting in horizontal and vertical pipelines.
SPECIFICATION
▪ Valves are manufactured in accordance with BS 5153
▪ End connection: Flanges are according to BS 4504 PN16 (Equivalent to BS EN 1092 PN16)
▪ Operating temperature: -10 ... + 1300C
▪ Operating pressure: 16 bar
▪ Shell test pressure: Up to 24 bar
